Ask a question →When should I begin post-op sessions?+
Your surgeon should decide when you are cleared to begin. We ask that you follow all surgeon-provided instructions and bring any relevant guidance to your appointment.
Do you provide medical care?+
No. Curved By Candy provides non-medical recovery support and body-contouring services. We do not diagnose conditions, manage medications, treat incisions, or replace care from your surgeon or medical team.
How many sessions will I need?+
Every body and goal is different. We can discuss a recommended service plan after learning about your needs, comfort, and—when applicable—your surgeon's instructions.
What should I wear to my appointment?+
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of. Post-op clients should bring any compression garments their surgeon has directed them to use.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?+
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Without 24 hours’ notice, including a missed appointment, a $40 cancellation fee applies. Clients with a prepaid package may choose to pay the $40 fee OR forfeit one session. The choice belongs to the client; both penalties will not be applied to the same appointment. All outstanding balances and applicable fees must be paid in full before rebooking. All payments are final. No refunds are offered.
When do packages expire?+
Prepaid body sculpting and post-op packages expire 60 days after purchase, except the 14-Day Recovery Plan. That plan must begin within 30 days of purchase and all ten appointments must be completed within 14 consecutive days of the first appointment. No refunds are offered for unused or expired sessions.
